現(xiàn)在琪邦特種柜海運貨代公司就分享自己有關(guān)推土機特種柜的催單案例給大家,今年比往年要早幾天,所以1月27日就是除夕了,所以根據(jù)你們的生產(chǎn)周期算好之間,確定什么時間之前的訂單可以出貨,那就可以進行第一次的郵件跟進,郵件內(nèi)容可以如下:
Hello *** We factory will take a long CNY holiday in 14th Feb 2017.Usually our Production circle is 40 days, so orders confirmed by 20th Dec 2016 can be shipped before our holiday.Please could you check your inventory and back up full cargo in time.Thanks for your great support always.Best.Regards Jenny
一般在11底或者12月初發(fā)這封郵件,有訂單或者想要下訂單的客戶都會有緊迫感了,基本上會在12.20跟我確定訂單,因為這樣方便提前安排春節(jié)前的計劃。然后過段過段時間可以針對老客戶再發(fā)第二封郵件。

客戶也非常精明,給我回復如下:
If your company could offer 30 day payment terms, we could grow faster and sell more product.跟客戶來回多次溝通,最終我們達成客人提貨15天付款,客戶這樣可以給我們更多訂單。
通過這次郵件溝通,個人感受: 要敢于表達自己的想法,當然語氣要委婉,用請求的態(tài)度找客戶幫忙。客人有自己的想法也會說出來,生意是談出來的。

和客人誠懇說出自己的想法,客人一定也會誠懇回答你,生意是互盈的,相互的,不要害怕去表達自己的觀點。
話說,我還希望客人給我們更多訂單在2017年,我就直接可客戶去談,剛剛得到客人的郵件回復如下:
Hi Jenny,
*** asked if I could give you some *** business. We'll have to talk about it when I come to Guangzhou. It might be hard to do because they give me term payments too and they keep increasing discounts on every container of product that I buy from them. I don't know how they do it.
盡管客人沒有同意把他心愛的供應商轉(zhuǎn)給我,至少從這封郵件可以看出客人沒有反感,也誠懇告訴我他的供應商是誰,他們的優(yōu)勢在哪里,客人也愿意來中國和我見面談談新項目。
